1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship all over India and Internationally as well!
2. HOW MANY DAYS DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Domestic orders are are delivered in 10-15 working days.
International Orders take 15-20 working days to reach
Once dispatched, you will get an automated SMS /Email update from our shipping partner with the tracking details.
3. CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, make address updates, style, or size changes
4. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Once placed we do not refund orders.
We do understand that sometimes a garment may not fit you the way you had imagined, and in case of that, we do provide size exchanges within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
We also offer returns in exchange for store credit. For a style exchange, once the store credit is received it can be redeemed within 3 months for your purchase of choice. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable.

5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for your return to be processed by our team. We’ll send you an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you know it’s on the way. Please note, the entire exchange process can take up to 15 business days.
6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY STORE CREDIT?
Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email once our team has processed your store credit in the form of a gift card. The credit amount for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable
7. HOW TO USE THE CREDIT NOTE:
The credit note will be emailed to you in the form of a coupon code that you can apply on our website during checkout.
If you face any issues while using the credit note, please contact us at contactus@tluxlabel.com and the team will be of assistance.
8. WHAT IF THAT GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY/DAMAGED?
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it as long as it has been returned within 48 hours of purchase. Please note that the wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. If you have received a faulty item please email us at contactus@tluxlabel.com
Please mention the order number in the subject line. In the email please mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item as soon as possible.
9. WHAT DOES FINAL SALE MEAN?
Items marked with final sale will not be accepted for a return or exchange. If you have any questions about your sale item or want to check whether your order qualifies for a refund please email us at contactus@tluxlabel.com
10. WHAT IF A FINAL SALE ITEM I ORDERED ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Please email us at contactus@tluxlabel.com with your order number, full name and photographs of the damaged garment.
11. WHAT IF THE GARMENT I PURCHASED IS OUT OF STOCK?
If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement.
12. WHAT IF AN ITEM IS NOT THE COLOR THAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE?
Please bear in mind due to different computer monitors/calibrations colors may vary slightly from the picture. Although every effort is made to photograph garments in truest form and describe these in detail, we cannot guarantee every monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the product.
13. HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

14. DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?
Yes we do offer cash on delivery up to ₹10,000 at a charge of ₹50.
15. WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES TAXES?
If you purchase from outside of India, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office or reading our shipping terms page. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all Tluxlabel orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.
